Changing lives, one story at a time

Storytelling is an ancient tradition that has always been an integral part of the Pacific Islands.  It's how we pass down knowledge and preserve culture from generation to generation.  For 29 years, PIC's work has focused on amplifying Pacific Islander voices through the language of media to carry on the tradition of storytelling that helps us to:

Share knowledge of the past so that we can make informed decisions about the future.

Understand who we are and where we come from to guide us on our journey.

Uplift our values to enrich and inform a more equitable and inclusive society.

Support our storytellers of today and tomorrow.

To continue this important work, we need help from supporters like you!  You can choose from one of two ways (or both), listed below, to support PIC's work.

Choose PIC as your non-profit through The AmazonSmile Foundation. This is a simple and automatic way for you to support your favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you: 0.5% of your purchases will go to PIC!

COVID Relief

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, it has become clear that Pacific Islander communities are among those most affected by this devastating virus. If you are able, please consider donating to organizations that provide relief to those most in need during this time.  Here are a couple of our suggestions:

There are many other worthy charities to choose from as well. Please stay safe, and take all necessary precautions!
