On GivingTuesday (December 2, 2025) the whole world comes together to give back in many different ways: through acts of kindness, gifts of voice, time, talent, or treasure.

Storytelling is an ancient tradition that has always been an integral part of the Pacific Islands. It's how we pass down knowledge and preserve culture from generation to generation. Since 1991, PIC's work has focused on amplifying Pacific Islander voices through the language of media to carry on the tradition of storytelling that helps us to:

Share knowledge of the past so that we can make informed decisions about the future.
Understand who we are and where we come from to guide us on our journey.
Uplift our values to enrich and inform a more equitable and inclusive society.
Support our storytellers of today and tomorrow.

Earlier this year, Congress voted to rescind CPB funding, ultimately taking away 75% of our budget. It was a devastating loss, leaving a gap we are still working to fill. We need your help to continue the work we've been doing for more than 34 years.
